The New England Stars, a division of The Hockey Acadamy, were formed in2000 as a "AA" full season youth hockey association. Most New England Stars teams play in the competitive USA Hockey sanctioned Valley Hockey League with other New England youth hockey associations.
I first started playing hockey when I was 6 years old. I have played everyposition, including goalie, but I prefer being a defenseman.
I am back wearing # 8 this season and playing defense with a new partner.
Our team is looking forward to playing in the Octoberfest Tournament in Waterville Valley, NH next month.
I am also looking forward to playing hockey for my high school this year, theGroton Dunstable Crusaders.
My favorite player is Chris Drury of the Buffalo Sbres.
